For the past two decades, the world has undergone an unprecedented technological
revolution, one that has influenced almost every aspect of the way we live, work and
do business. Startups – the small, innovative companies which creatively disrupt
existing services and products – have played a key role in shaping this revolution,
along with the new knowledge, theories, and practices required to support the new
ecosystem.

Offered by the Rothberg International School at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem,
the International Startup 360° MBA program is a unique and intensive one-year
program that focuses on entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and the ecosystem,
providing the students with the tools to analyze and develop business processes
while gaining practical experience.

The Jerusalem Business School has designed its International StartUp 360° MBA to
give a select group of students the knowledge and skills required to successfully
adapt to this new business reality. Students learn at the hub of innovation and

Program delivery

Taught entirely in English, one of the main goals of the International StartUp 360°
MBA is to give students practical experience in applying theoretical and analytical
concepts to real-life business challenges. The program focuses on three key
aspects: entrepreneurs, investors, and the ecosystem, and therefore enables
students to learn from the points of view of entrepreneurs, founders-to-be, or
potential investors. Taught by experts in their field, who share cutting-edge
academic knowledge, the program covers subjects such as:

  • Entrepreneurship
  • Strategy
  • Finance
  • Accounting
  • Human Resources
  • Marketing
  • Operations
  • Technology

The StartUp 360° MBA program credits are taken over three consecutive semesters,
with the first two semesters including a professional internship, and the TIP program
running through the summer semester. By the end of the fully immersive eleven-
month MBA program, students acquire the building blocks; and also undergo an
internship and pitched their ideas to the venture capital community.
