Hedley Bull Scholarships 2017 At Australian National University
Scholarship
Number of Scholarships: 4
The scholarship pays the tuition fee for up to four full-time sessions (semesters). This amounts to 72 units of graduate coursework and a 24-unit thesis session.

Eligibility
- To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the admission requirements of the Master of International Relations (Advanced) or (MIR Adv).
- To be eligible for entry to the MIR (Adv), applicants must hold a bachelor degree or international equivalent with a 70% average.
- All applicants must meet the university’s English language admission requirements.
How to Apply
- When applying for the Master of International Relations (Advanced), eligible applicants for the Hedley Bull Scholarship should include a covering letter indicating their interest in being considered for the scholarship and making the case for being granted one.
- The covering letter together with the application for the Master of International Relations (Advanced) (including transcripts and references) will be considered as the full application for the scholarship.

PhD Scholarships at Australian National University Australia
Australian National University is inviting application for a number of PhD scholarships available for both Australian and international students. Scholarship has a value of $25,392 (2013 rate) per annum tax free, in fortnightly payments. Scholarships are awarded for the period of three years full-time, with a possible six-month extension. Applications for international students are normally due by 31st August, and applications for Australian/New Zealand citizens and permanent residents of Australia are normally due by 31st October. However, colleges may consider applications at any other time of the year.
Eligibility
Bachelors degree with at least upper second-class honours, or a Masters degree with a research component or equivalent to first-class honours, or a research Masters degree from a recognised university; Australian and New Zealand Citizens; Permanent Resident of Australia; International student. Applicants must have submitted an Application for Admission to the ANU.
Scholarship Description:
A number of ANU PhD Scholarships which provide a stipend are funded by Colleges. It is normal for recipients to undertake study on a full-time basis. However, in accordance with strict criteria, the scholarship can be awarded for part-time study. International scholars must undertake study on a full-time basis.

Scholarship has a value of $25,392 (2013 rate) per annum tax free, in fortnightly payments. Other benefits include Travel to Canberra from within Australia, reimbursement of some removal expenses, thesis reimbursement allowance.
