The scholarships will be awarded on a competitive basis.

Eligibility :
* Candidates should be international students.
* Candidates must be eligible for a full-time undergraduate programme at the Penn State Greater Allegheny.
* Candidates must be intending to study at the Greater Alleghany campus of the university.
* Candidates must apply for the intended programme before 30 January, 2014.

The scholarship will help defray the costs of the full-time, out-of-state tuition for international students. Successfull students will recieve $2,000 in their first year.
