The Regional Centre for Strategic Studies (RCSS) invites applications for Kodikara Fellowship Programme from young researchers aged 25-35 years who are interested in policy research. The fellowship rewards the fellows with USD 3000. The 6-month fellowship aims to conduct policy-relevant research on issues of contemporary South Asia.

- Citizens of South Asian countries
- Applicants aged 25-35 years
- The applicants should ideally possess an MA/PhD degree in International Relations, Strategic Studies, Political Science, Economics, International Law or any other related subject
