Eligibility

All applicants offered a place at Oxford for the DPhil in Linguistics from October 2020 will automatically be eligible for this scholarship, whether or not they originally applied to Trinity College; there is no additional application form.

How to Apply

There is no separate application form for the College’s named scholarships. If you wish to be considered for a scholarship at Trinity, you must submit your graduate application to the University by the January deadline for your course. Full guidance on submitting your application for graduate study is available on the University’s Graduate Admissions webpages.

In order to be considered for the College’s scholarships, you are advised to nominate Trinity as your preferred college on the graduate application form, although the College’s final decision may not be restricted to those who have nominated it. Initial selection of scholarship candidates is made in consultation with the relevant faculty or department, which submits recommendations for final selection by the College. Any questions should be addressed to Trinity’s Graduate and Academic Administrator.
