This College blossomed to impart Higher Education to the rural and urban youths in and around Namakkal, Erode & Salem Districts which are industrially and commercially vibrant. In fact the inception of this Institution was an ambition of Late. Sri. A. Gopalsamy Mudaliyar, the First Chairman of the Trust and Founder of this centre of higher learning.The Trust has secured the approval of the govt. of Tamil Nadu (vide G.O.Ms. No.166 dated 31.05.2000) and the affiliation from the Periyar University, Salem during July 2000.
