Eligibility Criteria
PhD:
– The candidate should possess a postgraduate degree of the concerned/ related subject of any recognized University, with at least a second class with a minimum of 55% of marks and 50% in the case of SC/ ST/ PHC candidates.
– If seeking part-time registration, the candidate should be a member of the staff of any academic/ research/ professional/ technical institution. The candidate should have a minimum work experience for a period of two years and currently holding a position.
M.Phil.:
– A postgraduate degree of any recognized University, with at least II class with a minimum of 55% of marks (50% for SC / ST/PHC candidates) in the concerned subject.
– If seeking part – time registration, the candidate should be a member of the staff of any recognized academic/ research/ professional/ technical institution.
– The candidate should have a minimum work experience of one year and currently holding a position.
How to Apply
Application forms can be downloaded from the website (www.spmvv.ac.in). Filled in applications with a demand draft for Rs.1,650/- for General Students and Rs.1,100/- for SC/ST/PHC students towards registration fee drawn in favour of the Registrar, SPMVV, Tirupati should reach the Dean, Examinations, SPMVV, Tirupati- 517502 on or before “see below”. RESET will be conducted on “see below” at 10.30 a.m. in SPMVV, Tirupati.
Application without registration fee will be summarily rejected. RESET is common for both M.phil and PhD programmes in the concerned discipline. However, candidates applying for both M.Phil. and PhD should submit separate applications with the separate registration fee.
