Eligibility Criteria
A person, who has passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto, shall be eligible for the course.

Selection Process
Candidates seeking admission to the UG courses at Shyam Lal College must clear the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). The final selection will be done through e-counseling conducted by Delhi University on the basis of CUET scores. CUET is divided into the following three sections:
- Section 1 Languages: this further contains two sections, ‘A’ and ‘B’. Section ‘A’ contains 13 languages such as Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, etc. Section ‘B’ contains 20 languages such as French, Spanish, German, Nepali, Persian, etc. For admission candidates must at least appear in one language.
- Section 2 Domain Specific: There are 27 domain-specific subjects in this section. Candidates are required to refer to the program-specific eligibility criteria in order to select domain-specific subjects.
- Section 3 General Test: General test for any UG program offered by the university where the general test is being used for admission. Candidates must refer to the program-specific eligibility criteria for selecting general tests.
Admission Process
- Admissions will be based on Cut-off Marks.
