India occupies the second position in world Pharma market especially in generics. Pharma industry contributes about 1.3% of India’s GDP and the domestic market is $ 4.8 billion. After GATT implementation, Pharma industries are geared up toward the R& D in order to develop new chemical entities. There is an urgent need of the skilled scientists and workers for innovation. Innovation is nothing but a new solution to a problem, to find solutions to a difficult environment.
