Find the number.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solution:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let the required number be x<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Five times of this number = 5x<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If 7 is added, then the number becomes = 7 + 5x<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the given condition,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7 + 5x = 57<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5x = 57 \u2013 7<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5x = 50<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>x = (50 \/ 5)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We get,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>x = 10<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, the required number = 10<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.
