BPE Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan Scholarship Exam i.e LSS USS 2019 which is a scholarship examination conducted for the students who are in class 4th and class 7th. LSS is an examination conducted for the class 4th students and USS is an examination for class 7th. Result for the same has been announced online at the official website. Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for examination
- Candidates who are studying in public schools in Kerala (Government / Aided / Approved
Unaided) for this year is eligible. - This exam is available to students who have secured A grade.
- The candidates should study the Malayalam, English, Mathematics, and Science for this exam.
- For LSS – Candidates must studied class 4th.
- FOR USS – Candidate must studied class 7th.
Application Form
Online application form was filled for LSS and USS examination for year 2019. Candidates had to fill the application form on before its last date. Before filling the application form, candidates must follow the eligibility criteria. Direct link for online application form was also posted at application form page.
Application Fee:
The conducting body has fixed no fee for LSS USS 2019 Examination by the candidates.
Admit Card / Hall Ticket
LSS USS admit card was issued after the successfully completion of the application process. Candidates who filled the online application form on time was able to download their admit card for the examination. Admit card for lSS and USS contains information about the exam center, candidate’s name, exam timing, rules and regulation for the examination etc.
Syllabus
There were two papers for both LSS and USS exam. The duration of each examination was 1 hour.
For LSS
- Paper 1
Part A – First Language (Malayalam / Kannada / Tamil) – 20 Marks
Part B – English – 10 Marks
Part C – General Knowledge – 10 Marks
Total Marks – 40 Marks
- Paper 2
Part A – The atmosphere of Study – 20 Marks
Part B – Mathematics – 20 Marks
Total Marks – 40 Marks
There were 5 questions and objective questions to be answered in detail. 1 mark was awarded for each correct answer.
For USS
- Paper 1 – First Language / Mathematics
Part A – English / Kannada / Tamil / Arabic / Urdu / Sanskrit
Part B – English / Kannada / Tamil
Part C – Mathematics
- Paper 2 – English, Social science
Part A – English
Part B – Basics
Part C – Social Science
One marks was awarded for each correct answer. The total question was 45 + 45 = 90 Questions. So the maximum score were 90.
Scholarships
To be considered for the USS LSS 2019 Scholarship Amount, students must attain 63 or more score out of 90 i.e. 70% or more.
A total of 20 students per sub-district will be considered for the USS Scholarship.
