Pragati and Saksham Scholarships announces by AICTE
Scholarship Details
Pragati scheme is for girl students and Saksham Scheme is for differently abled students who are admitted in the first year of their degree/diploma for the academic year.
Eligibility
Eligibility for Pragati Scheme:
=> Scholarship is available only for One Girl per family.
=> Family income should be less than Rs. 6 Lakhs per Annum.
=> Candidate should have been admitted to 1st year of the degree or diploma program in any of the AICTE approved institute during the academic year.
Eligibility For Saksham Scheme:
=> Scholarship is available only for differently abled students having more than 40% disability.
=> Family income should be less than Rs. 6 Lakhs per Annum.
=> Candidate should have been admitted to 1st year of the degree or diploma program in any of the AICTE approved institute during the academic year 2015-16.
Scholarship Amount
Pragati Scheme: 4000 Scholarships each worth Rs. 30000/- or covers the actual tuition fees paid, whichever is less. And contingency allowance of Rs. 2,000/- per month for ten months (only for the students staying in the hostels).
Saksham Scheme: 1000 Scholarships each worth Rs. 30000/- or covers the actual tuition fees paid, whichever is less. And contingency allowance of Rs. 2,000/- per month for ten months (only for the students staying in the hostels).
