Eligibility
A student should fulfil the following criteria to be eligible for this Scholarship.
- Applicable for Scheduled Tribe and Indigenous students of Nagaland who are pursuing
M.Phil/Ph.D/D.Litt. course from recognized Universities within India. - Scholars who have availed this Scholarship three times are no longer eligible.
- Applicant must not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship/fellowship/stipend scheme.
- Applicant must not be an employee of any government/semi government establishment.
How to Apply
Interested candidates are requested to submit duly filled and signed application form in the format (available online on the institute website http://www.scholarship.nagaland.gov.in/schemes#)
Documents required:
- Fresh Application:
i. Attested Xerox copies of class 10 admit card and mark sheet.
ii. Attested Xerox copies of last qualifying final examination Marksheet and Admit Card.
iii. Attested Xerox copy of Scheduled Tribe Certificate and Indigenous Certificate issued by competent
designated authority.
iv. Xerox copy of the Recognition letter of the University (Not necessary for Central University)
v. A copy of the Synopsis of the proposed Research Work duly countersigned by the Guide or
Supervisor (for PhD scholars)
vi. A Xerox attested copy of the Registration Card/Letter (for PhD scholars).
vii. Xerox copy of the front page of Bank Passbook.
viii. Xerox copy of the Aadhaar Card.
ix. Xerox copy of the Admission receipt.
x. One recent passport photograph should be pasted on the printed form.
