Kindly fill the enclosed Registration Form and submit along with your self-attested photocopy of class VII/VIII/IX mark-sheet (as applicable), 4 passport size color photographs and cash /demand draft of Rs.400/- in favour of “Mody Foundation”
Online Registration facility is along available on our website www.modifoundation.co.in from where students can download his/her Admit Card for appearing in ‘Siksha Abhiyan mentioning his/her Roll No. and Exam Centre Name
The result shall be displayed on our website www.modifoundation.co.in
