The Department of Biotechnology, Government of India and the Indo-U.S.Science and Technology Forum (IUSSTF) invites applications for the Bioenergy- Awards for Cutting Edge Research (B-ACER) from students with a PhD degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, Engineering/Technology. The fellowship aims to tackle issues related to environmental protection, energy security and efficient energy by nurturing innovators of the future in biofuel and bioenergy. The following provides the opportunity of winning a monthly stipend and other benefits.
Important Dates
Eligibility
- PhD degree holders in Biotechnology, Life Science, Engineering/ Technology
- Applicants able to provide proof of independent research work conducted in internationally recognized academic journals
- Applicants not older than 45 years as on 31 December 2019
- Applicants having a regular position in public funded R&D lab/S&T institution/recognized universities/colleges in India
