PGIMER Chandigarh invites applications for admissions to PG in Medical Programs for the academic year 2015 - 16.

PG in Medical Programs Admission is conducted by Postgraduate Institute Of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh

Courses Offered:

=> Master of Dental Surgery (MDS)
=> Master of Science (M.Sc)
=> Doctor of Medicine (DM)
=> Master of Chirurgical (M.Ch)
=> Master of Hospital Administration (MHA)
=> Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) programs in medical

Eligibility Criteria:

Interested candidates should fulfill following eligibility criteria:

DM/M.Ch Programs:
=> Must have passed the required MD/MS, or its equivalent qualification, recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
=> Must be registered with Central /State Medical Registration Council.

M.Sc Pharmacology Program:
=> Candidates should have MBBS passed or its equivalent qualification from a University/Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India or B.Sc (Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry taken together) or B.V.Sc. or B.Pharma passed from a recognized University.

Ph.D Programs:
=> Candidates should have MBBS with minimum 55% aggregate marks or MD/MS in the subject concerned or Diplomat of National Board of Examination. A “Failure” in the examination, “Compartment” or “Re-appear” in the examination will constitute an attempt Candidates who have obtained MBBS/MD/MS degree from Medical Colleges which are not recognized by the Medical Council of India are not eligible to apply.
