Patna University announces Undergraduate Admission 2016

Patna University, Patna invites applications for admissions to Undergraduate Courses for the academic year 2016- 17.

Undergraduate Courses admission is conducted by Patna University, Patna.

Applications have been invited for admissions to BA (Hons.)/B.Com (Hons.)/B.Sc (Hons.)-Maths Group/B.Sc (Hons.) Bio Group in the Constituent Colleges under Patna University

Eligibility Criteria:

Interested candidates should fulfill following eligibility criteria:

B.A. (Hons.):
- Candidates must have obtained not less than 45% at the Intermediate examination in the subject for (Hons.) or have passed the Intermediate examination in Science or Commerce with not less than 45% marks in the aggregate.

B.Sc (Hons.):
- Candidates must have obtained not less than 45% marks at the Intermediate Examination in the subject offered for Hons study.

B.Com (Hons):
- Candidates must have passed the Intermediate examination in commerce with not less than 45% marks in the commerce subject/ group of subjects (or); passed the Intermediate examinations in Arts or Science shall also be eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) course if he/ she has obtained a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate at the I.A. or I.Sc Exam.

Application Procedure:

Online application process for appearing in the PUCET and admissions in colleges of Patna University; the online application is to be submitted on official website.

Before proceeding to fill up the online application form, please ensure that you have the required details and scanned image files of your

(i) recent passport size colour photograph (as specified at para 3 above)

(ii) signature (as specified at para 4 above), which will be needed at different stages of process

Access to an online payment facility /service such as:

(i) Net Banking

(ii) Credit card

(iii) ATM-cum-Debit card

(iv) If you do not have Net Banking facility/Credit Card or ATM-cum Debit Card, you can pay the fee in cash at any branch of Allahabad Bank through the Challan downloaded from the Entrance Test Portal
