Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT)
AFCAT stands for Air Force Common Admission Test. This test is conducted by the Indian Air Force for selection of officers in all branches of the IAF (except medical and dental) viz. Flying Branch (Short Service Commission only), Technical Branch (Permanent Commission and Short Service Commission) and Ground Duty Branch (Permanent Commission and Short Service Commission). AFCAT is conducted twice a year (in the month of February and August). The advertisement for the same is published in the months of December and June respectively.

UPES Law Studies Aptitude Test (ULSAT)
UPES Law Studies Aptitude Test(ULSAT) is conducted by the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES). The competitive entrance test is conducted to grant admission to most deserving candidates in Bachelor of Laws (B.A.LLB) and LLB in Corporate Laws, Cyber Laws and Intellectual Property Rights. The students, who have passed or presently appearing in their final year of certificate and degree examination, can also apply to appear in entrance test. Selected applicants have to attend the group discussion and personal interview, for final selection of the candidates.

Common Proficiency Test (CPT)
In pursuance of Regulation 22 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of lndia is pleased to notify that the Common Proficiency Test will be held on Sunday, 16th June, 2019 in two sessions as below, at the following centres provided that sufficient number of candidates offer themselves to appear from each centre. CPT is held twice in a year i.e., in June & December. A student has to follow the examination notification issued by the Examination Department of the ICAI and apply in the prescribed form alongwith the examination fee.

AFMC MBBS Entrance Examination
The AFMC MBBS Entrance Examination is conducted by Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) Pune, India for admission to the MBBS program offered at AFMC Medical College Pune, India A Total of 130 candidates (including a maximum of 25 girls) will be selected. Punjab Technical University Combined Entrance Test (PTU CET)
Punjab has scrapped the state-level combined entrance test (CET) for admission to undergraduate engineering course. From the next academic session, the All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) will be the criterion to enter the state colleges, said Suresh Kumar, principal secretary (technical education and industrial training), here on Sunday. The chief minister has approved the proposal of Punjab Technical University to discontinue to CET.
