The groundbreaking &#8216;Quartile-Excel&#8217; Scheme has been designed as an incentive program, aimed at empowering faculty members to publish their research work in Scopus indexed journals while maintaining the highest standards of research quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-incentives-and-recognition-for-a-research-driven-culture\"><strong>Incentives and Recognition for a Research-Driven Culture<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The scheme introduces a range of incentives and recognition measures that will cultivate a research-driven academic culture within the university. One of the key features of the &#8216;Quartile-Excel&#8217; Scheme is the implementation of Quartile-Based Incentives. Under this system, faculty members will be awarded specific incentives based on the quartile ranking of the Scopus indexed journals in which their research is published.
