Prof. Nagaraju Gundemeda, Professor in the Department of Sociology, School of Social Sciences, University of Hyderabad, has been selected as an Editor, e-exploration (E-journal) by the Indian Sociological Society, New Delhi.
Prof. G Nagaraju is appointed as an Editor, e-exploration (E-journal) for a period of five years with effect from January 1, 2022 for his contribution to the development of the Indian Sociological Society, New Delhi.

Prof. G. Nagaraju has carried out extensive research on teacher agency in primary schools, schooling for girls, discriminatory practices in schools, and the social context of learning and achievement in elementary education. His areas of teaching and research interests cover the sociology of education, youth, and of India. He is also engaged in national and international projects on the comparative sociologies of schooling and anthropology of youth cultures in contemporary India. His publications cover the sociology of education and youth studies.
