NeuroSAFE – Cruelty free non-animal Workstation product launched by UoH startup ‘Trans Cell Oncologics’ |

NeuroSAFE – A Cruelty free non-animal Workstation product has been recently launched by Trans Cell Oncologics, a startup at the University of Hyderabad (UoH). The product was launched in the presence of Dr S Chandrasekhar, Secretary, DST, Government of India, Dr. Krishna Ella, CMD of Bharat Biotech, Prof. B J Rao, Vice-Chancellor, UoH, Prof. Appa Rao Podile, Former Vice-Chancellor, UoH and the other dignitaries, faculty and students.

Trans cell Oncologics is founded by Dr. Subhadra Dravida. Oncologics has been incubated at the Technology Business Incubator (TBI) since 2018. She and her team developed NeuroSAFE by combining Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell Technology with Robotic Process Automation digital platform impregnated with AI and ML tools. NeuroSAFE is cruelty free non-animal Workstation product that can test predict Vaccine Neurovirulence risks in the production workflow. NeuroSAFE is developed as an alternative to cruel Monkey Neurovirulence Test.

                     

 

Testing vaccine Neurovirulence is a WHO mandate and Trans cell in collaboration with Wipro is aspiring to add value to Indian Vaccine Industry producing COVID-19 vaccines, Polio, BCG, Mumps like vaccines that have history of safety risks in the vaccinated population through NeuroSAFE that can be seamlessly adopted in their workflow. NeuroSAFE is to protect Indian population to be vaccinated from debilitating Neurovirulence and support safe immunization programs.
