Dr. Francois-Xavier Mortreuil from the office Consulate General of France based in Bengaluru along with Mrs. Vasudha Muralikrishna, Manager– Campus France, Hyderabad visited the University of Hyderabad on 24th March 2022. They went around the SN School of Arts and Communication and interacted with the students and faculty of the Fine Arts Department. Later they held discussions with Prof. R Sarraju, In charge Vice Chancellor, Prof. N Siva Kumar, Director, Office of International Affairs, faculty from the department of Fine Arts.
Dr. Francois-Xavier Mortreuil said, “Arts, Chemistry, Science & Technology are the focus areas for joint collaboration with the institutions from India and France. Fine Arts is a niche area in France and working with the University of Hyderabad in this field will be mutually beneficial”.
Prof. R Sarraju while giving a brief about the University said, “We look forward to the collaborations at the Institutional levels which will be more beneficial and sustainable. The collaborations must be useful for the students, faculty and the institutions involved”.
