Jagran Lakecity University always takes pride and cherishes the achievements of its students and members of faculty.

Dr. Ankit Singh of Faculty of Law, Jagran Lakecity University contributed two chapters to the book titled “Changing Dynamics of Intellectual Property Rights” published by Satyam Law International with ISBN: 978-81-949509-8-1.

The Editor-in-chief of the book is Prof. (Dr.) Vijender Kumar, Vice Chancellor, Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur, and the Foreword is written by Hon’ble Mr. Justice B.R. Gavai, Supreme Court of India:

  1. Chapter titled “Green Innovation and Diffusion of Green Technology: Role of OECD Countries (Patent Data Analysis)” co-authored with Prof. (Dr.) Yogendra Kumar Srivastava, Dean – Faculty of Law; and
  2. Chapter titled “Building a Green Economy through Innovation: Law and Policy Perspectives“.

Dr. Ankit Singh is a UGC-NET (JRF) qualified academician with an extensive teaching and research experience of six years wherein he has taught a wide range of subjects to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. He has a master’s degree in intellectual property and business laws from National Law Institute University, Bhopal and a Ph.D. in the domain of patent law from Jagran Lakecity University.

He has more than twenty research publications to his credit on varying domains of law in the form of books, chapters, articles and research papers. Dr. Singh has presented his research papers in various national and international conferences. His research areas primarily include intellectual property law, business law, international law and environmental law.
