Dermatology PG Student of KIMS Bags the ‘Best PG Academic Award’
Dr. Abirami C, final year Post-Graduate from the Department of Dermatology, KIMS bagged the prestigious ‘Dr. Manorama Devi PG Academic Award’ at the 40th Annual Conference ‘CUTICON’ held by Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists, Odisha Branch. Academic activities such as paper presentations, quiz achievements, and publications done throughout the residency period are evaluated and a postgraduate is selected from the State accordingly. On receiving the award, Dr. Abirami thanked her Department headed by Prof. Hemanta Kumar Kar and all faculty members for motivating her throughout. She also bagged first place in award paper presentation at the same conference and was presented with a cash prize by Prof. Dr. Prasenjit Mohanty, HOD DVL, SCB Medical College, Cuttack.
