DAV Public Senior Secondary School, Roopnagar, holds exhibition

Roopnagar: The Commerce Department of DAV Public Senior Secondary School in Roopnagar recently organized a spectacular exhibition to commemorate the institution’s 100th anniversary. The event saw active participation from students of classes XI and XII (commerce), who showcased their creativity and knowledge.

The exhibition was inaugurated by Parul, the Branch Manager of Canara Bank in Roopnagar. She commended the efforts of the students, particularly praising the models that depicted the Economic landscape of India, Trade dynamics, and the Evolution of Electricity before and after Independence, along with a focus on the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

The initiative aimed to not only celebrate the rich history of the institution but also to foster vision and creative thinking among the students. The showcased projects reflected the students’ understanding of key aspects shaping the nation’s economic and trade scenarios.

Parents of the participating students visited the exhibition, expressing appreciation for the school’s initiative in providing a platform for students to showcase their talents. Principal Sangeeta Rani extended gratitude to the chief guest, Parul, and all the parents for their support.

Principal Rani also took a moment to applaud the commendable efforts of both students and teachers. She encouraged them to continue participating in such enriching activities, emphasizing the importance of holistic development beyond the traditional classroom setting.
