Aligarh, July 2: UAE-based entrepreneur and an alumnus of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Mr. Tariq Chauhan, Group Chief Executive Officer, EFS Facilities Services, Dubaidonated 10 oxygen concentrators to JN Medical College and Hospital (JNMCH).
The concentrators were handed over to Prof Shahid A Siddiqui (Principal JNMC) by Mr Ganesh Ram (Admin Manager, EFS Facilities Services India Pvt. Ltd) and Ms Sidra Junaid. ProfHaris M Khan (Medical Superintendent, JNMCH) was also present.
In his message Mr Chauhan stated that AMU has taught him to withstand adversity and bounce back. He owes a lot to AMU and this is a small gift to JNMC for any exigency requirement.
Appreciating the act, Vice-Chancellor Prof Tariq Mansoor said, “Alumni are our source of strength, they have supported us in times of crisis. Gift of Oxygen Concentrators to JNMCH by Mr Tariq Chauhan is a compassionate gesture”, he added.
