Mr Abhas Kumar and Mr Aniruddha Naik, Doctoral Research Scholars from the Department of Sociology, University of Hyderabad have virtually presented their papers at the Fifth Annual South Asia Conference, organized by Ireland India Institute, Dublin City University held from 27-29 April 2022. Both the research scholars are working with Prof. G Nagaraju.
Mr Abhas Kumar, a Doctoral Research Scholar from the Department of Sociology, presented a paper titled ‘The dichotomy between Social and Digital disparity: Understanding social shaping of technology in Indian Vocational Education during Covid 19.’
Mr Aniruddha Naik, a Doctoral Research Scholar from the Department of Sociology, presented a paper titled “Understanding the mechanism of learning at Higher Educational Institutions due to Covid: A Sociological Study of College Students in the State of Odisha, India”.
The Annual South Asia conference invites international participation, organized by Ireland India Institute, Dublin City University since 2017. Every year the event attracts distinguished Doctoral Researchers, Academics and Activists.
