About MA in Journalism & Mass Communication
This Programme aims to inculcate a critical understanding of communication, provide experiential learning, developing research skills & to ensure holistic development of the student. Eligibility Criteria
Maharashtra State ( MS ) Candidature
- Candidate should be an Indian National.
- 50% in any graduation with 50% marks in aggregate OR Passed its equivalent examination with 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of candidates of backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only)
Other Than Maharashtra (OMS ) Candidature
- Candidate should be an Indian National.
- 50% in any graduation with 50% marks in aggregate OR Passed its equivalent examination with 50% marks in aggregate
Foreign Nation / NRI / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries:
- 50% in any graduation with 50% marks in aggregate OR its equivalent examination in any stream with 50% marks in aggregate.

Media Report (50 Marks):
Media Report: 2 open-ended questions (Written/Audio Visual)
Group Discussion (50 Marks):
Any current topic will be given to students. Every student will be given 3 to 5 minutes to share their thoughts followed by discussions.
