About M.Sc (Economics)
- MIT-WPU School of Economics Master of Economics is a two years, post graduate program, designed for students who plan to pursue careers as economic researchers and decision makers in the public or private sectors. If you have prior training in economics, with a strong analytical/mathematical component, and wish to acquire the advanced skills needed to practice as a professional economist, then this program is for you. With a combination of industry-relevant training and academic rigor, you will learn what matters and gain an extensive knowledge of the most recent research in the disciplines of economics and econometrics; and also develop your own skills which are needed to make contributions to the very research.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate including BTech, BE with min. 50% marks in aggregate.
Selection Criteria
- Inter-se-merit based on score in MIT-WPU PGPET 2022 and PI
- Step 1) MIT-WPU PGPET General 2022 – Online proctored entrance exam – 100 marks and
- Step 2) Personal Interview – 50 marks
