Management Apatude & Skills Test (MAST) is a universal yardstick for screening and selecting the right candidates for the right profile. Management Apatude & Skills Test (MAST) is a universal yardstick for screening and selecting the right candidates for the right profile. AIMA launched MAST an in-depth research conducted by IMRB and AIMA which showed that most management graduates were not being placed appropriately. It is an assessment tool for candidates to evaluate their managerial skills sets and understand their Industry Readiness and helps Corporate recruiters find the right profiles for their organisations. MAST can be conducted within B-School campuses as per an organisation’s/institution’s requirement; thus allowing for greater reach and more flexibility and convenience for the students. Organisations can also specify the B-Schools where they would like MAST to be conducted.

1. Psychometric Assessment

Personality traits commonly held in high demand by recruiters stated below will be tested

2.General Aptitude

Ability tests will assess logical reasoning or thinking performance and will evaluate the following

3.Domain Knowledge

Domain Knowledge Test will be Case Study based followed by multiple choice questions in the following areas:
