This Institute was established in the year 2000 by Manas Seva Samiti, a society formed under the guidance and inspiration of Dr. D.S. Mahalwar, an educationist of repute, primarily as an international Social Center to provide education to the students of Aligarh and neighboring areas of U.P. as well as other states. The institute aims at imparting quality education in the various vocational fields like management, computer science, teacher's training, engineering and technology, hotel management, paramedical science, law and library science as well as in the fields of basic science and social science, so that the students may develop into worthy citizens of India.
