Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Kolkata invites applications for admissions to PG Programmes for the academic year 2016- 17.

PG Programmes admission is conducted by Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Kolkata.

Courses Offered:

=> M.Stat.
=> M.Math.
=> Master of Science (MS) in Quantitative Economics
=> Master of Science (MS) in Quality Management Science
=> Master of Science (MS) in Library and Information Science

Eligibility Criteria:

Interested candidates should fulfill following eligibility criteria:
=> Three years Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or BE/ B.Tech. degree with knowledge of Economics and Mathematics at the undergraduate level.

Fee Details:

Application fee is Rs.600/- for general category and Rs.300/- for SC/ ST/ OBC/ Physically Challenged candidates.

  • Last Date for Online Registration: 11th March, 2016

Selection Process:

Selection of candidates is based on merit as judged by their performance in written tests and interviews conducted by the Institute.

Welcome to Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), a unique P. C. Mahalanobish institution devoted to the research, teaching and application of statistics, natural sciences and social sciences. Founded by Professor P.C. Mahalanobis in Kolkata on 17th December, 1931, the institute gained the status of an Institution of National Importance by an act of the Indian Parliament in 1959.
