Eligibility
To be eligible for admission to IIST, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens.
- Age: Candidates must be between 17 and 22 years of age as on July 1 of the year of admission.
- Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have passed the qualifying examination with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The qualifying examination can be one of the following:
- 12th standard or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university.
- JEE (Main) or JEE (Advanced) examination.
- A recognized diploma in engineering with at least 60% marks.

Application Process
