The IBSAT test is an online multiple-choice type tests with topics divided into various sections. IBSAT is conducted as a computer-based test. The duration of the test is 2 hours. Questions in IBSAT are asked from the following sections:
Verbal Ability
Most of the questions in the session of verbal ability have moderate level of difficulty. There are 50 questions for this session and the questions are from the following topics.
- Vocabulary – 25 Questions
- English Usage – 10 Questions
- Cloze Test – 5 Questions
- Grammar – 10 Questions
- Para Jumble
Reading Comprehension
There are three passages for the session of reading comprehension. Around eight questions are asked from each passage. Out of the eight questions, 1 to 3 questions are moderately difficult, whereas the other remaining questions are easy.

For the session of Quantitative Aptitude, questions are asked from the following topics.

Data Sufficiency and Data Interpretation
Total 25 questions There were 15 questions on Data Sufficiency, 5 questions on Logical Reasoning, and 5 questions on Data Interpretation. Level of difficulty for the questions is easy to moderate.
