Eligibility Criteria
For BPT Course:
Applicants must have successfully completed the II-PUC / 12th Standard (10+2) or an equivalent examination. They should have individually passed the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, with a minimum of 40% marks in the aggregate (35% for SC/ST & OBC applicants).
For BPO Course:
Applicants must have successfully completed the II-PUC / 12th Standard (10+2) or an equivalent examination with English as one of the languages. Additionally, they should have chosen physics, chemistry, and biology/mathematics as optional subjects and secured not less than 50% in the aggregate of the relevant science subjects. (Provided the candidate has passed in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics subjects individually to be eligible.) For SC/ST and OBC candidates, a minimum of 45% is required for admission to this course.
For B.Sc Allied Health Sciences Course:
Applicants interested in courses such as Medical Laboratory Tech, Cardiac Care Tech, Perfusion Tech, Anaesthesia and Operation Theatre Tech, Medical Imaging Tech, Radiotherapy Tech, Neuroscience Tech, Renal Dialysis Tech, Respiratory Care Tech, Optometry, Emergency & Trauma Care Tech, BOT, BASLP, BPH, BHA, must have studied English as one of their principal subjects during PUC/12th Std.
For Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Course:
Candidates must have studied and successfully passed a qualifying Diploma or GNM from a Government Institute or Karnataka Government recognized educational institutions within the State of Karnataka. Additionally, candidates domiciled in Karnataka for 10 years and with a minimum of seven years of study in the state are eligible.
For Non In-service Candidates:
- Hold a diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM)
- Be a registered nurse
- Have passed the Pre-university examination in Arts/Science/Commerce conducted by the Department of Pre University Education, Karnataka State, or its equivalent recognized by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.
For In-service Candidates:
- Should have successfully completed the General Nursing and Midwifery examination.
- Must be a Domicile of Karnataka.
Lateral Entry to BPT:
Candidates with a 10+2 / 12th pass in the Science Stream (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) and a two-year or three-year Diploma in Physiotherapy from a recognized state government board are eligible for entry into the third year of BPT.
B.Sc Allied Health Sciences course (Lateral Entry):
