Association of Private Dental and Medical Colleges of Madhya Pradesh (APDMC) invites applications for PRE PG DMAT for the year 2015.

PRE PG DMAT is an yearly exam conducted for admissions to MD/MS/MDS P.G. COURSES at Association of Private Dental and Medical Colleges of Madhya Pradesh (APDMC)

PRE PG DMAT 2015 is conducted by Association of Private Dental and Medical Colleges of Madhya Pradesh (APDMC).

An All India Common Entrance Test (Pre-PG-DMAT-2015) for admission to MD/MS and MDS Courses will be held on 29/03/2015 (SUNDAY) at INDORE for the Session 2015-16 in
=> R.D. Gardi Medical College, Ujjain
=> Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Sciences, Indore
=> People’s College of Medical Sciences & RC, Bhopal
=> Index Medical College Hospital & RC, Indore
=> L. N. Medical College Hospital & RC, Bhopal
=> Chirayu Medical College and Hospital, Bhopal
=> Modern Dental College & RC, Indore
=> People’s College of Dental Sciences & RC, Bhopal
=> People’s Dental Academy, Bhopal
=> Hitkarini Dental College & Hospital, Jabalpur
=> Sri Aurobindo College of Dentistry, Indore
=> Maharana Pratap College of Dentistry, Gwalior
=> Rishiraj College of Dental Sciences & RC, Bhopal
=> College of Dental Science, Rau, Indore
=> RKDF Dental College & RC, Bhopal.

PRE PG DMAT Eligibility Criteria:

Interested candidates should fulfill following eligibility criteria:
=> The candidate must have passed MBBS/BDS course from any of the recognized Medical/ Dental College of India.
=> Candidate must have completed compulsory rotating internship from an Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India /Dental Council of India on or before 31/03/2015.
=> Candidate must be registered with the Medical Council of India /Dental Council of India of any State in India.

Application Procedure for PRE PG DMAT:

Candidates are advised to refer to official notifications /documents for detailed application procedure. IndCareer.com published details for informational purpose.

Application Forms will be available at DMAT office, above Member Colleges from 23/02/2015 on payment of Rs. 1,500/- by cash or D.D. in favour of APDMC payable at Bhopal and can also be obtained by post, remitting D.D. of Rs. 1,600/-.

Application Forms should reach to DMAT office latest by 28/03/2015 along with DD of Rs. 1,000/- as Examination Fee. Application Forms can also be downloaded from our website and shall be submitted alongwith a D.D. of Rs. 2,500/- in favour of APDMC payable at Bhopal.

Candidates are required to submit following Documents:
1. Application Form has been filled up correctly and signed at desired places.

2. Demand Draft (CTS DD Only) of Rs. 2500/- as Examination fee in favour of APDMC, Bhopal has been enclosed with Application Form.

3. No certificate has been submitted along with Application Form.

4. Latest colored photograph has been pasted as per instructions.

5. Photocopy of the Application Form has been taken and kept for future references.

6. Declaration column has been signed by the candidate and parent/guardian.

7. Left Thumb impression with Blue/Red stamp pad ink has been taken.

Examination fee : Rs.2500/-
