Rajiv Gandhi Indian Institute of Management (RGIIM), Shillong invites applications for PGPEx- Managing Business in India and China for the year 2015.

PGPEx- Managing Business in India and China Admission is conducted by Rajiv Gandhi Indian Institute of Management (RGIIM), Shillong

PGPEx-MBIC Eligibility Criteria:

Interested candidates should fulfill following eligibility criteria:

=> For an applicant having Indian Nationality, the applicant must hold a Bachelor's Degree, after completing 10+2 system of education, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA), awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India

=> For an applicant other than Indian Nationality, the applicant must have a bachelor's degree from recognized university by the Country of Nationality and having at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA

=> The applicants must have valid* CAT or GMAT scores

Application Procedure for PGPEx-MBIC:

Candidates are advised to refer to official notifications /documents for detailed application procedure. IndCareer.com published details for informational purpose.

The overall process consists of two phases. In the First Phase, applicants will be short-listed for the Second Phase of Personal Assessment through an Executive Assessment Center ([email protected])

Phase I: Short-listing for [email protected]

Applicants will be subjected to following Criteria in order to shortlist a set candidates for Phase II i.e. [email protected], of the admission process

Step 1: Criteria for Ranking Applicants in Phase I

Criterion 1: Age Limit: Maximum up to 35 years as on Date of Registration into PGPEx 2014-15 Batch i.e. 07th October 2014; that means the applicant must have birth date on or after, 07 October 1979

Criterion 2: Experience: Minimum 5 (Five) Years of FULL Time Work Experience till the Last Date of Application i.e. 24 July 2014

Step 2: Ranking the Candidates for Short-listing for Call for [email protected]

The applicants qualifying through Criteria 1-4 will be ranked based on their performance in CAT 2013 Overall Score (who qualify based on CAT in Criterion 4) and GMAT Overall Scores (who qualify based on GMAT in Criterion 4)

Step 3: Call for [email protected]

A suitable number of candidates, based on their merit in the rank obtained in Step 2 will be called for appearing into [email protected] at Guwahati; the lists of applicants for [email protected] will be shortlisted proportionately from both rank-lists (GMAT and CAT), divided in proportion with the number of candidates in the ranked lists

For example, in any Category (DA/ST/SC/OT), if X number of candidates qualify in Step 2 through qualifying CAT (in Criterion 4 of Step 2) and Y number of candidates qualify in Step 2 through qualifying GMAT (in Criterion 4 of Step 2) and it is decided to call N number of applicants in that Category for [email protected]
