PG Courses admission is conducted by School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL), Gurgaon.

School of Inspired Leadershipis a leadership and management B-school focusing on building sustainable organisations. The B-school has announced admission procedure for it’s post graduate programmes for the batch of 2015.

PG Courses Eligibility Criteria:

Interested candidates should fulfill following eligibility criteria:

=> Professionals with a minimum of 2 years full time work experience can apply for Business leadership programme. Fresh or experienced graduates can apply for HR leadership programme.

Application Procedure for PG Courses:

Eligible candidates are required to fill in online application form from the official website. The following are the steps for filling the application form,

=> Visit the official website

=> Click on the Apply Now button

=> Create a user name and password

=> Fill the details in the application form

=> Click submit button

=> Pay the required application form fee

Candidates must pay a fee of Rs. 2000 as application form charges which can either be paid online by Debit/Credit card/Net banking or offline via demand draft in the favor of Grow Talent Company Limited.

Admission process:
=> The applicants are shortlisted for the Caliper Test, where a supervised Caliper Profile Assessment is done.

=> The next step is Essay Writing. Candidates shortlisted after the Caliper Test have to submit their essays within 7 days of submitting their PG application. They must submit 3 essay’s each of 200-300 words.

=> The third step is Talent Appreciation Interview, where candidates are interviewed by senior leaders from SOIL industries. Candidates are required to work on case study, a written comprehension and write about life before talent appreciation interview.

Business leadership- Rs. 12,80,000
HR leadership- Rs. 10,90,000
