This is a job oriented unique course which covers complete Operation & Maintenance of Coal Based Thermal Power Station, as per the guideline of CEA regulations 2010

Placement: NPTI-NER through its close links with Generation utilities will strive for Placement of the students of this course. Full placement assistance will be provided.

Duration:

52 Weeks

Intake:

40 (Forty only). Reservation for SC, ST, OBC (non- creamy layer) & PH will be as per Govt. norms.

Eligibility Criteria:

Interested candidates should fulfill following eligibility criteria:

=> Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent in ME/EE/EEE or “Power Engineering”.

=> Age Limit: There is no age limit for applying to the Course

Admission to the course will be on first-cum-first-serve basis. Interested candidates are to report to NPTI-NER
on 01-Oct-15 along with (1) Demand Draft of ₹ 20,000/- + 14% ST as registration fees, (2) All relevant original documents along with one set of Xerox copies (3) Two passport size photographs (4) Complete application (Blank Format) can be downloaded from NPTINER website.

Fee Details:

Application Fee: ₹ 285 /- (₹ 250 + Service Tax @14.00 %)

Course Fee:
1st installment of fees of ₹1,20,486/- (Rupees One Lac Twenty Thousand Four Hundred and Eighty Six only) which includes

1 st installment of course fee of ₹ 1,00,000 + 14.00% ST, Transportation charge of ₹3600/- p.a. + ST @ 5.60%, Refundable Caution Money of ₹ 2000/- will have to be paid by 26th October, 2015. Hostel facilities are available in the campus. Interested students will have to pay extra ₹ 30,000/- as lodging charge for complete duration of the course. Boarding charges are ₹ 2600/- PM + ST @ 8.40%. Initially two months boarding charges are to be paid in
advance.

2nd and final installment of the fees ₹ 1,10,000/- + ST @ 14.00% will have to be paid by 15th January, 2016 .All the payments are to be made by Demand Draft drawn in favour of “National Power Training Institute-NER” payable at Guwahati or by ECS.
