Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT), New Delhi invites applications for Master of Technology (M.Tech) for the year 2015.

M.Tech is conducted by Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT), New Delhi

M.Tech Eligibility Criteria:

Interested candidates should fulfill following eligibility criteria:

Electronics and Communication Engineering
=> B.E./ B.Tech. Degree in Electronics & Communication/ Electronics Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Instrumentation & Control Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology Or

=> A.M.I.E. (India) with appropriate specialization /Grad. I.E.T.E.(India) AMIE(London) or any other examination in the concerned branch. Or

=> Recognized as equivalent to B.E. degree by the University of Delhi.

Computer Engineering
=> B.E./ B.Tech. Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science & Engineering/ Software Engineering / Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication Engineering. Or
=> A.M.I.E. (India) with appropriate specialization /Grad.

=> I.E.T.E.(India) AMIE(London) or any other examination in the concerned branch. Or Recognized as equivalent to B.E. degree by the University of Delhi.

Instrumentation & Control Engineering
=> B.E./ B.Tech. Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Instrumentation &
Control Engineering/ Chemical/ Polymer/ Mechanical Engineering/ Manufacturing Processes and Automation Engineering. Or

=> A.M.I.E. (India) with appropriate specialization /Grad.

=> I.E.T.E.(India) AMIE(London) or any other examination in the concerned branch. Or Recognized as equivalent to B.E. degree by the University of Delhi.

Application Procedure for M.Tech:

Candidates are advised to refer to official notifications /documents for detailed application procedure. IndCareer.com published details for informational purpose.

i. All candidates for admission to M.Tech. Programme must submit their applications online at the website www.nsit.nic.in.

ii. The selection of the Full-Time (GATE)/ SC/ST/ PH M.Tech. students shall be made on the basis of Gate Score only amongst the candidates registered online for the admission, through screening committee and selection committee.

a. The percentage in qualifying examination shall decide the merit (as on the date of application).

b. In all such cases preference will be given to those who have completed the B.E. / B.Tech. or equivalent degree course on the date of Online registration.

iii. The final selection of the candidates for Sponsored (Full-Time) and Part-Time course shall be made by the Selection Committee on the basis of their performance at the qualifying examination, written test and interview as indicated below:

Candidates are required to submit following Documents:
• Printout of application form duly signed by the candidate along with a passport size photograph.

• Original receipt of application fee of Rs. 1000/- paid by the candidate and its photocopy.

• Identity Proof(Passport/Aadhar card/Driving licence/Voter ID/ PAN card)

• Original and self attested copy of GATE Score (if applicable).

• Original and self attested copy of both Mark sheet and Degree of qualifying examination.

• Original and self attested copy of class 10th certificate/ Mark-sheet in support of Date of Birth.

• Proof of CGPA/FGPA conversion to Percentage (if applicable).

• Original and self attested copy of Caste/ Category certificate (for the reserved categories only)
(Duly attested by Gazetted Officer) is issued by one of the following authorities of competent jurisdiction:

• District Magistrate/ Additional District Magistrate/ Deputy Collector/ 1st Class Stipendiary Magistrate/ Commissioner City Magistrate (not below
the rank of 1st class stipendiary Magistrate)/ Executive Magistrate/ Extra Assistant.

• Chief Presidency Magistrate/ Additional Chief Presidency Magistrate/ Presidency Magistrate.

• Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar

• Administrator/ Secretary to Administration/ Development Officer. (Lakshadweep and Minicoy Islands)

• For Fulltime Sponsored Candidate: Certificates at Annexure II and IV(Original and Photocopy)

• For Part time Candidate: Certificates at Annexure III and IV(Original and Photocopy)

Fee Details:

Original receipt of application fee of Rs. 1000/-
