Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya Entrance Test (GGVET) is an yearly exam conducted for admissions to Integrated UG/PG, Graduation, Post Graduation & Diploma Programme at Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur

GGVET Eligibility Criteria:

Interested candidates should fulfill following eligibility criteria:

5-Year Integrated UG/PG in Anthropology
=> Minimum 50% aggregate at 10 + 2 level from any recognized Board or equivalent. Max. age limit: 22 years

5-Year Integrated UG/PG in Biotechnology
=> Minimum 60% marks aggregate at 10+2 level with Biology as main subject from any recognized Board or equivalent organization. Max. age limit: 22 years

5-Year Integrated UG/PG in Botany
=> Minimum 50% aggregate at 10+2 level with Biology, Physics & Chemistry Group from any recognized Board or equivalent. Max. age limit: 22 years

5-Year Integrated UG/PG in Chemistry
=> Minimum 50% aggregate at 10+2 level with Math/Biology from any recognized Board or equivalent. Max. age limit: 22 years

5-Year Integrated UG/PG in Commerce
=> Minimum 50% aggregate at 10+2 level from any recognized Board or equivalent. Max. age limit: 22 years

5-Year Integrated UG/PG in Computer Science

=> Minimum 50% aggregate at 10 + 2 level with Biology/Maths/Agriculture from any recognized Board or equivalent. Max. age limit: 22 years

5-Year Integrated UG/PG in Zoology
=> Minimum 50% aggregate at 10 + 2 level with Botany, Zoology and Chemistry (BZC) from any recognized Board or equivalent. Max. age limit: 22 years

5-Year Integrated UG/PG in Forensic Science
=> Minimum 50% aggregate at 10+2 level with Biology as main subject from recognized Board or equivalent organization. Max. age limit: 22 years

5-Year Integrated B.A.- LLB
=> Minimum 45% aggregate at 10+2 level from any recognized Board or equivalent for Gen/OBC & 40% for SC/ST candidate. Age – 20 years for general & 22 years for SC/ST/OBC

5-Year Integrated B.Com – LLB
=> Minimum 45% aggregate at 10+2 level from any recognized Board or equivalent for Gen/OBC & 40% for SC/ST candidate. Age – 20 years for general &

22 years for SC/ST/ OBC
5-Year Integrated UG/PG in Social Work
=> Minimum 50% aggregate at 10+2 level from recognized Board or equivalent. Max. age limit: 22 years

B.Sc. in Forestry
Minimum 50% aggregate at 10+2 level with Biology/Maths/Agriculture from any recognized Board or equivalent. Max. age limit: 22 years

Bachelor of Education(B.Ed.)
Passed from any recognized University/Institution with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree and /or in the Master’s degree in science/social science/humanity/Bachelor in Engg or Technology with specialisation in science and mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent there to. No upper age limit.

B.Lib. & Inf. Sc.
=> Min. 50% aggregate at Graduation or Post Graduation from any recognized university/institution. Max. age limit: 25 years

Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.)
=> As per NCTE norms given in last of this brochure. Max. age limit: 25 years

Bachelor of Pharmacy
=> 50% in 10 + 2 with PCM /PCB from any recognized Board or equivalent. Max. age limit: 22 years

B.Ed. Special Education (Hearing Impaired )
=> As per norms decided by RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India )

B.Ed. Special Education (Learning Disability)
=> As per norms decided by RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India)

Master of Education (M.Ed.)
Passed from any recognized university/Institution with minimum 50% marks or an equivalent grade in B.Ed./B.A.B.Ed./B.Sc BEd./B.El Ed./D.El.Ed. with an under graduate degree (with 50% marks in each).No upper age lim

Master of Physical Education (M.P.Ed.)
=> As per NCTE norms given in 40 last page of this brochure.Max. age limit: 28 years

Master of Social Work (MSW)
=> Graduation or Post graduation in any discipline with 50% marks from any recognized university/institutions. Max. age limit: 25 years

M.Sc. in Physics

Candidates have to complete three steps for completing the online submission of application form

II. Filling PERSONNAL INFORMATION
III. ONLINE APPLICATION

How to Apply Offline
=> Visit website www.ggu.ac.in and click link “Admission 2015-16” and read the instructions carefully before submission of application form
=> Download Offline Application form

=> Fill up the required necessary information and paste your recent passport size photograph

=> Deposit the prescribed fee to any SBI Branch

=> After deposition of fee , attach the DD/Challan with your application form

=> Keep a photocopy of offline application form

=> Send your application form accompanied with DD/ Challan, Certificate of educational qualifications and caste/PWD certificate, if any to the Deputy Registrar (Academic), Administrative Building, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Koni, Bilaspur (CG)- 495009 by Registered/Speed post/Courier/By hand, Last Date of receipt of hard copy of application form 27.04.2015

Candidates are required to submit following Documents:
I. An applicant must enclose the following documents with his/her hard copy of online/offline submitted application form:
(I) The original bank draft / Challan copy (University copy)/ Net banking slip.
(ii) Certificate(s) in support of the category claimed for reservation in the application form: Self attested copy of Caste Certificate from the competent authority as mentioned in this admission brochure (for SC/ST/OBC/PH category candidates only)
(iii) Photocopies of mark-sheets/certificates in support of his/her educational qualification.

II. For candidates applying for admission in the Department of Physical Education:
(i) A self attested copy of the certificate of participation in the game.
(ii) A separate sheet indicating choice of the game for participation in the skill test duly signed by the candidate.

Fee Details:

=> Entrance Test Fee is Rs. 400/- for GEN and OBC, Rs. 200/- for SC/ ST /PWD candidates).

(a) Entrance test fee should be paid at the time of submission of online/offline application form.

(b) For online candidate:There are two options for payment of Entrance Test Fee. (1) By online payment (Net banking). (2) By Cash deposit at any State Bank of India through the challan generated in filling online application form.

(c) For offline candidate: The original bank draft / Challan copy (University copy) is to be submitted along with the hard copy of online submitted application form to the “Deputy Registrar (Academic), Administrative Building, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur- 495009 within the due date.
