Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur invites applications for admissions to M.Phil / Ph.D Programme for the academic year 2015 - 16.

Adikavi Nannaya University Common Entrance Test (ANURCET) is an yearly exam conducted for admissions to M.Phil / Ph.D Programme at Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur.

M.Phil / Ph.D Programme is conducted by Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur.

Eligibility Criteria:

Interested candidates should fulfill following eligibility criteria:

=> Candidates must have passed master’s degree of this university or any other recognized University in the concerned or related subject. They must secure not less than 55% of marks. However, in case of SC and ST candidates, a relaxation of 5% of marks is permitted.

=> The Eligible Candidates have to submit the Application through Online by Paying Rs.1,200/- without Late Fee upto 25.07.2015 and Rs.1,700/- With Late Fee upto 31.07.2015 through SBI I-Collect / Payment.

=> The Copy of the Printed Application with necessary Xerox Certificates should be submitted either in Person or sent by Registered Post so as to reach on or before 03.08.2015 at 5 PM to the following Address

=> Study Certificates from Intermediate to PG / Residence Certificates from Last Seven Academic Years
=> Caste Certificate in case of SC / ST / BC Candidates
=> Special Reservation Category claimed under PH / NCC / SPORTS / CAP
=> Service Certificate and First Page of the Service Register (SR) for Part-Time Candidates.
=> Research Experience Certificates for Extra-Mural Candidates.
=> Qualified Certificate of UGC / CSIR - NET / GATE / APSET / etc.

Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur
Acharya Nagarjuna University is a public University, and one of the largest universities in the region of Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India. It is located in the suburbun area of Nagarjuna Nagar, on the eastern part of Guntur City, a major centre of learning in the country. The university is an outgrowth of a Post-Graduate Centre of Andhra University, which was established in 1967 at Nallapadu area of Guntur and then relocated to Namubur/Kaza area on the east of the city. The Centre gained affiliating university status in 1976, and opened with ten post-graduate courses.
