MCA Master of Computer Applications (60* seats with Govt. plus 30 SFS);

M.P.Ed (Master of Physical Education) (40 seats)

To procure Admission Form along with Prospectus for each of the courses, options are as follows:
Option-1: Download Admission Form from the website and submit filled Admission form to the Head of the Department of the respective course along with Demand Draft of Rs 300/-
Optional-2: Admission Form can be purchased by cash / DD of Rs 300/- from the following places:

Optional-3: For getting Admission Form by post send a DD of Rs 350/- to address given below.
Demand Draft should be made in favor of the “Registrar, University of Kota” payable at Kota and send to Dean, Postgraduate Studies, Room No. 312, Administrative Building, University of Kota, Rajasthan-324005
Separate notification shall be issued for the admission to the M.Phil & PhD programmes
MBA admission shall be as per CMAT guidelines. MCA admissions shall be as per RMCAAT guidelines
Rights to increase and decrease in number of seats are reserved with the University
All rights reserved with the University to start or drop the course depending upon number of applicants
Sale of Admission Forms: 15th May 2014
Last date of Submission of filled Admission Form: 14th June, 2014
Display of Merit Lists on the Website for provisional admission: 18th June, 2014
First round of counseling and fee deposition for provisional admission:
i) Science & Education: 23rd June 2014
ii) Social Science, Commerce and Management & Law: 24th June 2014
Second round of Counseling and fee deposition for provisional admission:
i) Science & Education: 26th June, 2014
ii) Social Science, Commerce & Management and Law: 27th June 2014
Form can be submitted with 1st and 2nd Year marks sheets
Final year / semester marks sheet can be submitted within 15 days of the declaration of respective result
