Application invites for PGPACM Post Graduate Programmes in Advanced Construction Management 2015. Admission on Post Graduate Institute in Construction Management, Real Estate Management, Infrastructure Management and Project Management (CRIP).

Eligibility of Post Graduate Programme

• 1. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management (PGP ACM): Offered from Pune, Hyderabad, Indore and Goa Campuses

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks

• 2. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management (PGPPEM): Offered from Pune Campus

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks

• 3. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM): Offered from Pune Campus

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks

• 4. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development & Management (PGP IFDM): Offered from Pune Campus

Eligibility Criteria: This multidisciplinary programme aims at in-depth training for leadership positions in rapidly growing infrastructure sector, infrastructure financing & investment organisations The programme focuses on integrated approach to manage infrastructure projects, i.e. structuring, financing, development, execution and management Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks

• 5. Eighteen Months Post Graduate Programme in Management of Family Owned Construction Business (PGP MFOCB): Offered from Pune Campus

Eligibility Criteria: Graduates in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks and belonging to a family having construction business Students are required to provide necessary documents and undertaking as regards ownership of construction business

• 6. One Year Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (PGP QSCM): Offered from Hyderabad Campus

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks

• 7. One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM): Offered from Hyderabad Campus

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning or Diploma in Engineering in any discipline with five years of experience

Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria

Admission will be based on Entrance test to be conducted at admission test centers of Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Indore, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai and Pune

Admission Procedure

Selection of students is made by the Selection Committee; admissions work is handled centrally at Pune Campus

All eligible candidates will be invited to undergo the selection procedure, which comprises of NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT), Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI) and Rating of Application (RA)
The details are as follows:

i. NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT)

a) Quantitative and Analytical Ability - 60 marks;
b) Data Interpretation - 30 marks;
c) Verbal and General Ability - 60 marks OR

Candidate may also submit valid CAT/GATE /GMAT /CMAT scores secured after 01st January 2013

ii) Group Discussion (GD) - 20 marks;

iii) Personal Interview (PI) - 30 marks;

iv) Rating of Application (RA) - 50 marks

Total Marks - 250
