Centre For Environmental Planning and Technology (CEPT) University invites application for Ph.D Planning Admission for the year 2015.

Ph.D Planning is conducted by Centre For Environmental Planning and Technology (CEPT) University.

Intake: 4−6

Ph.D Planning Eligibility:

Interested candidates should fulfil following eligibility criteria:
=> A professional master’s (or equivalent) degree in fields related to designing, planning, constructing, and managing human habitat is highly desirable. OR

=> A master’s degree in economics, geography, sociology or other related fields.OR

=> A bachelor’s degree in architecture or planning with teaching and/or research experience.

Mode of Examination

Ph.D Planning is Computer Based Test (CBT).

Candidates are required to submit following:
=> Duly Completed application form
=> {DD}
=> A passport size photograph
=> Attested copy of 10th Class Public Examination certificate for Name and Age proof.
=> Attested copy of 10+2 Class mark sheet (if already passed 10+2 examination).

Fee Details:

=> Fees of INR 1,10,000 per year for a 4 year duration*

=> Stipend of INR 25,000 per month for Stipend of INR 25,000 per month for the first two years (stipend in 3rd and 4th year may be offered based on availability) *

First week of December 2014 : Announcement of admitted candidates

First week of January 2015 : Spring semester begins

Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology University (CEPT University) was established in 1962, under the tutelage of Prof. B.V. Doshi. It is now under the Faculty of Architecture. The programme at the School includes the study of Humanities, Arts, Technology and the Disciplines of Design. Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology (CEPT) has been accorded the status of a university by an Act of 2005 passed by the Gujarat State Legislative Assembly and is now called CEPT University.
