Courses Offered

  • Post Graduate Program (PGP): This is the flagship two-year full-time program offered by MICA. It equips students with a comprehensive understanding of marketing, communication, and various industry specializations. Some popular specializations include:

    • Digital Marketing & Communication
    • Integrated Marketing Communication
  • Fellow Programme in Management (FPM): This is a doctoral program designed to prepare students for research careers in marketing and communication.

Eligibility

  • PGP: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum percentage of marks (usually above 50%).
    • Work experience (up to 2 years) might be preferred for some candidates.
  • FPM: Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field with a good academic record.

Admission Process

MICA’s admission process is competitive and typically involves:

  1. Online Application: Submitting an application form through the MICA website (https://www.mica.ac.in/).
  2. MICAT (MICA Admission Test): Appearing for the MICAT, a national level entrance exam conducted by MICA. It assesses analytical, verbal, and logical reasoning abilities.
  3. Group Discussion & Personal Interview (GD & PI): Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Group Discussion and a Personal Interview to evaluate their communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Final Selection: Based on a combination of MICAT score, GD & PI performance, academic record, and work experience (if applicable).
