Online/offline applications are invited in the prescribed form from eligible candidates for admission to the following Academic Programmes in Central University of Bihar for the Academic Year 2014-15

Integrated Under Graduate Programmes

+2 or equivalent examination in any stream from any recognized Board/University with at least 45% marks for General /OBC and 40% marks for SC /ST candidates.The maximum age should not be more than 20 years in case of General Category and 22 years in case of SC, ST and OBC categories as on

Integrated MPhil-PhD Programme (One can apply for one programme only)

Eligibility Criteria

Must have Master’s degree in the related subject with 55% marks (or corresponding CGPA), with the stipulated relaxation of 5% for SC/ST candidates. All
candidates must have good academic record of 50% marks at both Intermediate and Bachelor levels.

Integrated MPhil-PhD in Life Science

Eligibility Criteria

Master’s Degree in any branch of Life Science (Botany, Zoology, Microbiology, Agricultural Science, Biochemistry, Bioscience, Biotechnology, Agricultural Biotechnology. Candidate having Master degree in Life Science will be given preference

Reservation of Seats:

Reservation of seats shall be as per the GoI/UGC norms for
SC/ST/OBC/PWD/wards of defence personnel/Kashmiri migrants.
