Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Tech:
- 10+2 with PCM/PCB/PCMB as main subjects, scoring at least 70% aggregate (80% for CSE & CSAM) with Physics and Mathematics/Biology having at least 70% individually.
- Secure a valid JEE Main 2024, JAC Delhi CET 2024, or UCEED 2024 score.
- M.Tech:
- B.Tech/BE/MSc degree in relevant fields with at least 60% aggregate.
- Secure a valid GATE score or IIIT-D entrance test score.
- Ph.D.:
- Master’s degree in relevant fields with at least 60% aggregate.
- Secure a valid NET/JRF/GATE score or IIIT-D entrance test score.
Dates:
- Applications for B.Tech programs will open in January 2024.
- Important dates for B.Tech admissions (such as application deadlines, exam dates, result declaration) will be available on the IIIT-D website closer to the application opening date.
- Dates for M.Tech and Ph.D. admissions may differ, so refer to the official website for specific details.
Application:
- Applications for B.Tech programs will be accepted through the JOSAA website.
- Applications for M.Tech and Ph.D. programs will be accepted through the IIIT-D website.
Fees:
- B.Tech: Annual tuition fee is approximately INR 3.75 lakhs.
- M.Tech: Annual tuition fee varies depending on the program, ranging from INR 50,000 to 1 lakh.
- Ph.D.: Tuition fee for Ph.D. students is generally waived.
