The Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan, New Delhi will conduct Combined Shiksha Shastri (B.Ed) Entrance Test (CSSET)

Eligibility

* A pass in Shastri/B.A. (Sanskrit) or equivalent in 10+2+3 pattern with minimum 50% marks or A pass in two year Shastri/B.A. (Sanskrit)/equivalent with 50% marks and a pass in one year Bridge course/ Setu or one year of Acharya/M.A. (Sanskrit)/equivalent or A pass in Acharya/M.A. (Sanskrit)/equivalent
* Those who are appearing for qualifying examination can also apply
* Age: Minimum age 20 years as on 01st October, 2014

Combined Shiksha Acharya (M.Ed) Entrance Test (CSAET-2014)

Eligibility:

* A pass in Acharya/M.A. (Sanskrit)/equivalent with Shiksha Shastri/B.Ed (with Sanskrit Methodology) alongwith minimum 55% aggregate marks in both (at least 50% marks in both theory and Practical required separately in Shiksha Shastri/B.Ed)
* Those who are appearing for qualifying examination can also apply
* Age: Minimum age 23 years as on 01st October, 2014
* Relaxation of 5% marks to SC/ST/Otherwise able candidates
* Reservation policy of Govt of India will be followed

Examination Centres:

Chandigarh, Kangra, Jammu, Delhi, Lucknow, Varanasi, Haridwar, Bengaluru, Thrissur, Sringeri, Jaipur, Cuttack, Kolkata, Muzaffarpur, Mumbai, Bhopal, Tirupati, Guwahati, Puri
The centre will not be established if the student strength remains less then 20

How to apply:

* By submitting crossed demand draft of Rs.600/- in person in any of the following places or Rs.650/- by post by sending a request to the Co-ordinator, CSSET & CSAET SLBS Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha
* All demand drafts should be in favour of Registrar, SLBS Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha, New Delhi of any nationalised bank payable at New Delhi
* Application form and guidelines can also be downloaded from the website www.slbsrsv.ac.in and sent along with demand draft of Rs.600/- to the Co-ordinator, CSSET & CSAET SLBS Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha at New Delhi
* All the duly filled in application alongwith necessary enclosures should be sent to the Co-ordinator, CSSET & CSAET Shri LBS Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha, New Delhi only by Regd/Speed post/by hand

Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha, Tirupati
On the recommendations of the Central Sanskrit Commission appointed by the Government of India during 1950s, a Central Sanskrit Institute was established at Tirupati in 1961 by the Ministry of Education, Government of India in partial fulfilment of the recommendations, for the preservation and propagation of Traditional Sanskrit learning combining it with the modern methods of research. The Government of India constituted an autonomous registered body called ‘Kendriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha Tirupati Society’ for the administration of the institution.
