The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is to examine an advocate’s capability to practice the profession of law in India. The AIBE will assess skills at a basic level, and is intended to set a minimum benchmark for admission to the practice of law; it addresses a candidate’s analytical abilities and understanding basic knowledge of law.
* A candidate must have passed LL.B and must be enrolled with any State Bar Council.
* Candidate can apply online only.
Payment must be made through Challan only. Kindly note that online payment or payment through Demand Draft will not be accepted in any case.
* Application fee is Rs 2500/- (examination fee) plus Rs 60/- (bank charges)
* Candidates are required to log on to the official website of AIBE 2013. Click here to register online.
Total number of questions in AIBE VI is 100 Multiple Choice Questions.
It will be an open book exam.
AIBE 2013 Exam will be conducted in 11 languages.
